I'm excited about these changes, I just hope they don't decrease earnings.

You talk about 70% average view/read ratio which I find really high and is far from my current ratio. I've always wondered: If somebody clicks on a story but can't read it because they're not a member, so they close the page, doesn't that have a negative effect on the view/read ratio?

Also, will you provide a more detailed stats page for writers? It would be very nice to know how many daily views/reads for all stories come from paying members, how many minutes paying members spent reading all stories in the past 24h, how many claps and highlights all stories received, etc.

Finally, I'm sorry to see the referral program go, I get about 10 new referred members per month and I find it really motivating to keep writing.
